THERAPY AND TRAINING ABROAD - INTENSIVE COURSES HERE ON RESIDENTIAL BASIS

Workshops and private therapy are now available anywhere in the world. I love to travel and like many of us living in this part of the world I struggle though the winter - my physical body just doesn't like the lack of sun (and neither does my head or any other part of me) so I am available from December to Easter for training and / or therapy abroad. Like many of you I dream of having my own retreat somewhere in the sun but I've got a funny feeling retirement is a wee bit away for me at the moment. Then we simply agree to a general goal for a group training wise and if required a specified amount of private training/therapy/fitness while there, - the rest of the time is your own and my own to enjoy however we wish wherever we are. I know many of you struggle (as I do) fitting in work, training, own therapy - and holidays - and some of those retreats abroad sound good in some ways - but not quite "me" in others and expensive. This way you can do the therapy then walk away from it - to meditate and work further, be pampered, live it up at the disco partake in any holiday activity you fancy or do absolutely nothing. 

January 2007 sees us already booked for Sharm El Sheik with fitness, yoga and meditation as the general theme, nights out and water sports as the background.

May 2007 is a possibility as are background agendas of windsurfing and basic Padi courses. Sacred tours for private groups also available.

January or February 2008

Family oriented - any October - wonderful resort in Turkey where you can offload the kids and get all the pampering and water sports you need - plus private therapy

Intensive therapy 2/3 days here, tough but successful, are also available for those of you who don't have a suitable therapist or trainer near you.
