GLOW with inner confidence!

Self Esteem

Self-esteem is the quality above all others that determines how individuals respond to the circumstances in their lives. It is how much you like being you. Our words and actions greatly affect those around us and when it comes to children our responsibility increases dramatically.

But look first at your own self-esteem - do you have "a quiet sense of self-respect, a feeling of self-worth", are you glad that you are you. Everything good that you wish for those around you, you deserve for yourself. The more you can look after yourself, the better and the happier you feel and the more energy you will have to perform the tasks you have to perform. If your battery is too low you can't give your neighbour a jump-start.
