Reiki Masters Programmes or RMPs - all you need to know to be a professional Reiki Master and Trainer - none of the following workshops are compulsory, what YOU choose from them is up to you. Their content is that which I have found to be most useful during my time as a Reiki Practitioner and Teaching Master (since 1999).

are available in the following formats:

- 3 days on a residential course; 4 separate days +1 follow up day at the centre.

- Part correspondence distance attunements and correspondence only are just NOT my way of doing it, however I am practical and empowerment is always my highest goal, therefore I will APL (accredit prior learning) whenever I can. In other words if you have already done some of the work I offer I will consider your training as a whole; as well as your reasons, i.e. is this personal development or is the intention to teach; then together we can work out which parts you really must attend. I will never apply this if I have any sense that it is a cutting of corners but only if the person has genuinely done the training in another form and also has time / travel constraints. Therefore I can also offer:

- One Day Reiki Masters which includes Reiki Master Certificate; full correspondence pack; Masters attunement (at stone circle if you prefer); during a day of training (more if necessary) filling in any gaps in your training and explaining bits that just cannot be done through a manual. Some of you may even prefer to start this way anduy7 if you then decided to go on and do the full programme appropriate discounts would be made. This is also available for those wishing to complete Lemurian Living Light Masters but feel Reiki is not the modality they will concentrate on.

Days 1 & 2

Master Practitioner and Preparation for Reiki Masters

Auric Cleansing and Crystal Grid Workshops

The first 2 days can be seen as a maturation of the reiki process for those who feel they have worked through Levels 1 & 2 and are ready for the next step. I often refer to it as the “practitioner’s workshop” as it includes the techniques I have found most useful in my practice. Thus Auric Cleansing and Crystal Grid Workshops are taught as stand alone workshops in their own right and attended by those already with the Masters energy but who did not receive these skills as part of their training and by other therapists who have the correct prior knowledge as well as by those with Reiki 2 as a stepping stone towards Mastership. Reiki Master Practitioner certification is given once you receive a Master Attunement and on completion of both these days and case studies.

Therefore the focus of these 2 days is being an effective Master Practitioner.

Days 3 & 4

History and Practice of Attunement Methods

Teaching and Business Building

This 2^nd 2 days tend to attract practitioners who have made a commitment to go on eventually to teach up to and including master level. During the workshops you will receive all the Masters Symbols (5), how to pass attunements - including different methods of attunement, healing attunement & Reju empowerment. Plus get a chance to observe attunement being passed and then practice within an intimate group of other Masters as well as learning about setting up your business and communication skills.

The focus of these 2 days is being an effective Reiki Master Teacher.

Pre-requisites for Reiki Masters Programmes

Reiki 1 and 2 (Sekhem Advanced) allowing enough time to integrate those teachings before you move on. As a rough idea see below what I recommend students do after Reiki 1 & 2

I recommend that after Reiki 1 students:

Do a full session on yourself daily for the 21 day settling period and book a weekly session with another practitioner or other student for at least 4-6 weeks. From then on establish a routine of at least 30 minutes self healing daily and 20 minutes meditation twice daily.

Live according to the Reiki Principles.

After the 21 days you may practice Reiki on family and friends, do so at least 6-12 times before going on to Reiki 2.

Read and extend your knowledge of the Chakra System before Reiki 2.

Work through Louise Hay, go into therapy or simply take some time for yourself in order to grow.

I recommend that after Reiki 2 students:

Do ME self healing for the 21 day dettox, the inner child work, followed with a period of distance work.

Read the course material do your own reading and further research, KNOW the chakras, KNOW Language of the Body, be able to work in the etheric as well as on the physical. Meditate. Work with each symbol until you know it like an old friend.

I suggest at least 20 full sessions upon others before moving on to masters.

Now remember each of us have our own way of working and the above are suggestions for those who ask – however I hope they will serve as guidelines and an opening for our discussion rather than hurdles - you will be asked to provide the following:

My Path to Personal Development

Just a short story to help me get to know you so that I can better guide you on your next steps. To be received with your deposit if not before.

And from there together we will decide what work needs to be done as you go through your masters. The rate you do it at often depends on whether you are spreading out your course or doing a residential. You will always get the most out of the course itself if the pre-work is done beforehand. I always post out all manuals and CDs etc as soon as the course fee is paid in order to facilitate this. On residentials this is doubly important. If you don’t do it you may feel that you are playing catch up

Case Study of Six Sessions

It may be 6 different people, one person 6 times or indeed yourself. I'd like it in casual essay form - it is the content I am interested in not the grammer etc., if you wish just write flash cards and talk me through it. To be received sometime after Reiki 2 and sometime before Masters certificate is given.

Anyone who has completed RMPs listed above may apply for Reiki Master Teacher certificate, in exceptional cases it may be awarded straight away if the correct APL and experience can be demonstrated. Otherwise I suggest:

For those requiring more detailed and practical help setting up a teaching practice and have completed a RMP with me, includes:

Reiki Master Teacher certificate once observation workshops below and the case studies and training have been completed.

A minimum of 1 observation or “trainee teacher” workshop at each level (1&2) & debrief sessions. You attend and observe / help with the workshops and we have a one hour debrief at end or over lunch another day.

The focus of this workshop is to give a general understanding of a range of techniques, to be able to use the simpler ones with confidence and to go away with an idea of how you may apply the more sophisticated ones alongside your own skills resulting in being more effective in what you do.

Crystal Grid Workshop

Contents

Opening the circle and introductions, discussion and brainstorming of the manual, the Antahkarana and crystals in general. Students are given a basic understanding of crystals particularly for dedicating programming and setting them up for use in the grid that will send distance healing constantly and help manifest your goals. Practical includes putting your own grid together and a meditation into the heart of the crystals.

Beyond Masters Workshops

The focus of Beyond Masters Workshops and Meetings is connecting and moving on as a group via sharing, questions, learning, meditation and practice. Therefore everyone is welcome to bring their experiences and thus contribute to the meeting. What is happening in our own lives tends to be a reflected within the group's and the even larger community’s experience - this is what we will work with. Some meetings may also be follow ups from training and focus on Master techniques giving a chance to talk about and consolidate what we did during training. Others will have their own theme for example if a few students have asked me to teach on a specific subject. If we meet around a Sacred Day or at a Sacred Site we will take the meditation theme from that. So far these meetings have always evolved their own dynamic and the group has gone with it to the greater healing of all, so please feel free to come up with any fantastic ideas!

Prerequisites

Beyond Masters Meetings are open to those with Sekhem Advanced and above, with Reiki Masters and above or in a Reiki Masters Programme or similar.

Student Support Policy

Because we are continually learning, and need to continue to learn, and because repitition works I hold the basic philosophy that once you’ve paid you’ve paid. Therefore once you have completed any of my workshops you may repeat it free of charge bar a small administration fee. This holds true for most workshops, and for reiki until you attain the next level or masters.

Student consultations and treatments are available at a very reasonable rate. This can come in the form of extra tuition, working on you for instance to gain the confidence to start up your own workshops, help through your own stuff as in a treatment, or in supervision – the definition of supervision is:

“Supervision is a confidential working relationship in which the personal resources of the supervisor and supervisee are directed, in regular sessions, towards maximizing the competence of the supervisee in helping clients.

The aim of supervision is to provide an attentive and supportive climate within which the individual can develop new options for managing themselves and their work with greater satisfaction and effectiveness.

In other words I help you help your clients.
