Just a belated thank you for a lovely experience last week.  I came away feeling really excited about working with Sekhem, but also realising how much I still have to learn.  I have been practising using the energy on myself and have been having a lovely time!  I also had my first “guinea pig” last night and she really enjoyed it, especially being lifted onto the magnetic wave at the end, which she described perfectly to me afterwards though she didn’t know what was happening. Please say hello to the others and I hope they enjoy their level 2 course this week.  Please tell R that I have been sleeping much better.  I don’t know whether it was his Sekhem treatment or the magic remedy from Australia, but it worked! Can I just say how much I enjoyed the course - I felt your instruction was excellent and this is beginning to show in my practice sessions. My husband and sons are queuing up!  I must be getting something right.  It was a lovely day and the supper was very much appreciated. Dear Vicki, Thanks for a blissful three days on the Sekhem 1 and 2 course.  I enjoyed meeting the other girls very much, it was more of a reunion than meeting for the first time! We made the return journey in record time, strangely enough the main roads were unusually accommodating as regards traffic at that hour. I slept soundly and long last night and still feel very relaxed. Love A July 2003

Vicki ...... what can I say, Orkney was just tops, we had such a brill time up North and it goes on, ..... there was mail waiting to tell me I passed the written part of my exam !!!! Yipeee. I. was in and out of Aberdeen all week on his rope course and he passed with no effort at all yesterday !!!! Double yipee. The examiner gave I. his card and told him to get a CV into his co. soon as possible. He was totally over the moon when he got home and said he would like to thank everyone who put energy into the bank for him. So when you get a min would you please pass on the girlies and G's e-mail, shame L's not netted up but her phone no. would do. I was going to babble on endlessly but I'm going to give you a call later with a couple of Q's about Sekem anyway, so much love from us both & hope to talk later. Xxxx Orkney 2004

Wot can I say, still reeling from the 2 days, much to think about but overall the impression is I cant believe Ive done it!! I was 'fearful' that I would feel nothing and Im glad we touched on fear as a self made anchor on your forward thinking so Im so glad that I saw blue light from fingertips and felt the energy flowing thro me, I think that I must let go finally of this and allow myself to experience the full flow so Im keen to have a practice session on S asap. Hi Vicki, During and after -even now I feel a great peace and calmness-more than I have ever felt. Although with it there is a great energy and I am still tingling. During the initiation I saw huge waves of golden light. I saw where my roots lie and where my final home in this life will be. I feel strangely at ease with these insights and I certainly feel as if I have come home. Also during the initiation I felt my head fill with stardust which felt curiously comforting. ... felt at ease as soon as I walked into the room which was softly lit with candle light, aromatherapy burners flickering and soothing music was playing in the background. I could feel this heat on my feet and an intense heat on my forehead, I truly began to relax. I felt my muscles relax, and at different times a warming heat on different parts of my body. I’d had a headache that morning, and it seemed to be soothed away. The room was filled with a strange sense of peace and presence, and I was allowing my mind to drift into a strange sense of dreamlike state... as though someone was pulling a warm blanket over me, and sometimes I could feel a soft touch on my ankle, and I felt a warm glow spread from that area, sometimes stomach, shoulders, and arms... I don’t know if it was my pain going out, or healing energy going in, but it felt much better later on.
Nothing happened immediately, but whilst driving back to the office, I couldn’t stop thinking about how my feet were still warm, and my head felt so clear.
When I got home from work, I felt so energetic, I phoned people I hadn’t done for ages, visited people I should have done a long time ago, and also had time to cook a meal! I don’t really understand exactly how it worked but it was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed…. My body feels newer, my mind clearer, and jaw-ache an awful lot better!!! The thing I remember most is the strong heat on my forehead, which worried me initially a bit, but I’ve since I’ve learned a fraction about Sekhem, what it can do, how it can change your life for the better – I’ll definitely go back!

I don’t know how to thank you – you saved my life. When you gave me Sekhem I managed to sleep through the night for the first time in ages, put on some weight and after the 4^th session felt reconnected enough to know that I would survive and strong enough to start talking about what had caused the depression in the first place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I didn’t know I could feel that relaxed. 

I don’t know why I remembered that experience I have never told it to another living soul. 

I felt such peace – thank you.

It is some time since we met here at my place and I wanted to say how much I enjoyed meeting you and also to say thank you for the unblocking you did for me. It was the next step in a series of progresses and later at our workshop it was followed on by  a recovery I have been working on for a very long time.
