Sekhem
Sekhem is not just healing energy. It is a complete energy system and everything that is inherent and implied in that term. Sekhem works on a totally different concept and philosophy to other energy healing systems. And although there are some similar sounding systems, none can compare with this high vibrational energy that works at the very soul level. It assists you to take responsibility for your life, to heal, to grow and develop both personally and spiritually and so become more of whom you really are.
Sekhem is deeply relaxing and calming and when used consistently, will bring about the changes you wish for in your life.  Sekhem deals with the deep underlying cause of a physical problem rather than simply addressing the symptoms.  It helps to cut through blockages and negativity with great ease, allowing you to feel loved, cared for and nurtured.  Sekhem works on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and can be used for any person, any animal, any situation and any crisis.

The Sekhem Energy System
Although you will hear that Sekhem is derived from the temples of very ancient Egypt it is even more ancient than that. It has come though Atlantis and Lemuria and has surfaced now to assist humanity change vibrational rate quickly and easily so that both mankind and the Earth may ascend to their higher purpose. As an individual it will take you back to your roots of power and then forward to the life you were always meant to live. If you are reading this you may have already decided on some level to go ahead and what you feel over the next few weeks is going to become a part of who you are. May each of you receive that which is necessary for your progress upon your journey and be heightened in awareness by awakening to that which you truly are. Remember and come home.

Sekhem Treatments
The experience of receiving a Sekhem Treatment is of course different for everyone - see testimonials below however you will be asked what it is you intend to receive from the session. Then because there are many techniques for working with different problems and personality types exactly what form the session takes will be decided upon between yourself and the therapist at the time – then what actually comes up may me different again. Sekhem treatments can take place in person on a chair or couch or by distance. However commonly if you book in for a treatment you will be asked a little about yourself and then helped to relax on a couch in ambient surroundings. The most common feedback I receive is relaxation and a sense of deep connectedness and client’s who are willing to look at their lives honestly will find a session takes them to the root of what seems difficult in their lives.

... felt at ease as soon as I walked into the room which was softly lit with candle light, aromatherapy burners flickering and soothing music was playing in the background. I could feel this heat on my feet and an intense heat on my forehead, I truly began to relax. I felt my muscles relax, and at different times a warming heat on different parts of my body. I’d had a headache that morning, and it seemed to be soothed away. The room was filled with a strange sense of peace and presence, and I was allowing my mind to drift into a strange sense of dreamlike state... as though someone was pulling a warm blanket over me, and sometimes I could feel a soft touch on my ankle, and I felt a warm glow spread from that area, sometimes stomach, shoulders, and arms... I don’t know if it was my pain going out, or healing energy going in, but it felt much better later on.

When I got home from work, I felt so energetic, I phoned people I hadn’t done for ages, visited people I should have done a long time ago, and also had time to cook a meal! My body feels newer, my mind clearer, and jaw-ache an awful lot better!!! The thing I remember most is the strong heat on my forehead, which worried me initially a bit, but I’ve since I’ve learned a fraction about Sekhem, what it can do, how it can change your life for the better – I’ll definitely go back!

I don’t know how to thank you – you saved my life. When you gave me Sekhem I managed to sleep through the night for the first time in ages, put on some weight and after the 4^th session felt reconnected enough to know that I would survive and strong enough to start talking about what had caused the depression in the first place. Sekhem Healing and Personal Development Systems with Vicki Rebecca
My own inner journey has taken me through past life recall in Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt and Callanish Stone Circle on the Isle of Lewis. I am an endorsed teacher with the Helen Belot Sekhem Association and worked directly with Helen for a week in Australia in November 2004 and was empowered to Masters by Helen personally. Helen also passed the teaching of the Egyptian Mystery Schools onto me first hand. EMSR is a one day workshop which is part of the personal development aspect of Sekhem rather than the healing system and is open to non-initiates. I am an active member of the Scottish Sekhem Masters group. I studied SKHM with Patrick Ziegler, Egyptian Sekhem and Cartouche Mastery with Simon Treselyan, and symbology, ritual and magic as used by the Egyptian Priesthood. I love everything about this work and never stop learning, studying and working on myself. I teach Sekhem in small intimate groups or on a one to one basis by private arrangement, from my home and in residential settings around sacred sites in Scotland and in Egypt.

How Sekhem is taught
Sekhem is taught in 3 separate levels; 1, 2, and Advanced and then the Master Level can be applied for in writing if you wish to teach. No pre-requisites are necessary to do the first level, save an interest in the energy. For those who are used to working with high energy, the first two levels may be taught together. In all other cases, there is a lapse of some months between the different levels, as there is much knowledge that comes with the use of the energy.
Manuals are always sent in advance so that students can come well prepared with questions if they wish and are not overwhelmed when the energy starts running. The workshops are then a mixture of practical exercises and group brainstorming. At each level or stage recommendations for further learning and / or help will be given for any gaps in your own knowledge.  You will be able to re-sit the workshop at any time in the future free of charge (there may be a small charge for re-sits on residential courses) and you will be given guidance for going further along the path and for working on your own after each level. The student support system also includes shares, lower cost treatments and supervision in person, by phone or email.     

Contents of Sekhem Level One Workshop
During this 2 day workshop you will be thoroughly trained in the procedure for a hands on session on the couch; you will receive and give such a session. You will also be trained in seated treatments, self treatments, group shares and the function and use of the 5 Level 1 Symbols.
There will be training and discussion on the Core System, Chakra System; Layers of the Energy Field; The Position of the Organs in the Body; and on being comfortable with the basics of energy work like creating sacred space, protection, grounding, cleansing, understanding the importance of ritual; appreciating the importance of words and other communication.
There will be discussion and group brainstorming of the articles: Language of the Body; Spiritual Concepts; Microcosms, Macrocosms and Power Symbols; Going from Fear to Love is the Alchemy process; The Dawn of the Reign of Love; and the Secret of the Universe. The manual contains an explanation of Sekhem Living Light Energy and its Reintroduction into Modern Times; of Initiation and the Importance of Lineage; Background on the Sekhem Hieroglyphs; the Goddess Sekhmet; Ptah; Avalokitesvara and Kwan Yin; it gives various techniques such as Affirmation for Forgiveness and Atonement; and the Meditation Exercise.  The focus of the Level One workshop is to impart the underlying philosophy of Sekhem; to give a strong understanding of, and confidence in, using the basic healing techniques. During this 2 day workshop you will be thoroughly trained how to take a Case History including listening skills, in the procedures for breaking family patterning in the DNA; for Releasing Mental, Emotional and Physical Blocks, for achieving Forgiveness and Atonement; in the use of the 6 Level 2 Symbols and the Power Sandwich. You will be shown the techniques of The Holographic Technique; The Cosmic Healing Bank and The Healing Triangle. You will revise the Level 1 techniques.
There will be discussion and group brainstorming of the articles: The Road to Forgiveness; and Notes for Practitioners. The manual also contains an explanation of Absentee Healing Procedure and The Symbol of Divinity Sign.  The focus of the Level Two workshop is to deepen the underlying philosophy of Sekhem and its use in your everyday life and to strengthen and advance the basic healing techniques. To deepen your own empowerment, personal development and remembering of who you truly are.

Contents of Sekhem Advanced Workshop
During this 2 day workshop you will be thoroughly trained in working with the Sirian Surgeons and the 5 Advanced Symbols, the Sirian Crossroads and Counselling Techniques. Be given procedures and exercises for scanning the etheric body, viewing energy fields and auras and various methods of auric cleansing; bringing through the golden rays and solar breath and working with cancer. You will update and revise the level 1 and 2 techniques. There will be discussion and group brainstorming of spiritual concepts; miracles and accessing universal law and how to prepare for masters.
The focus of the Advanced Level workshop is to further deepen the underlying philosophy of Sekhem and advance its use to deepen your own empowerment, personal development and remembering of who you truly are, then to start looking honestly at your individual level of personal mastery.

Sekhem Masters
Although I refer to each of the Parts of Masters as two day workshops, Masters training in fact begins sometime after Advanced and goes right through until you are teaching your own classes. During that time you are encouraged to re-sit the earlier levels as many times as you like, moving through them as observer to assistant trainer if you wish. You will also be encouraged to look at your own process with great honesty. Masters are encouraged to keep up with their teaching master at least monthly either through meetings, emails or telephone. Clearly this is a big commitment for both of us therefore you will be asked to apply in writing stating your reasons for choosing masters, choosing Sekhem and choosing to teach.

Contents of Sekhem Masters Part 1 Workshop
During this 2 day workshop you will be thoroughly trained in a technique to change the patterns in our lives and to work within a state of grace; and in the use of the 8 Master 2 Symbols
We will work more consciously with the personal and spiritual development aspects of Sekhem which includes looking at what was taught in the Mystery Schools of Ancient Egypt. You will be given a “starter pack” on the seven levels of wisdom which included physical science; sacred geometry and architecture; symbolism; universal laws; alchemy; astronomy and astrology and the understanding of the Great Mystery. We will also look at Sekhem as a communications system and that will include the power of words; symbols; the higher octave of Sekhem and the alphabet of Sekhem.
There will be discussion and group brainstorming of the articles: Advice and Responsibilities of a Master and Sekhem Initiations. You will be given the initiation procedure to start learning for next time. There will be updates of the earlier levels, starting to look at things from a teaching point of view and discussion of your personal path through that as well as your personal mastery course and your intent and affirmations for Mastership.  As I said earlier we will be in close contact throughout your masters training which can be anything from 6 months to 3 or 4 years.

Contents of Sekhem Masters Part 2 Workshop
During this 2 day workshop you will be thoroughly trained in the techniques for temporary attunements and permanent initiations. Teaching of the Sekhem initiation procedure includes going through it step by step clarifying, explaining the mysteries and the symbology, flagging up what was important from earlier teachings and why you must therefore teach the basics well. You will be given one final symbol. There will be discussion and group brainstorming of the articles: Master Level; Short Notes on Courses; Pure Intent; Self Knowledge; Of Joy and Sorrow; Initiation; and Through the Gateway. Also the article As Masters which includes: choosing candidates for Mastership; on being a master and teaching; personal mastery; ethics and teaching through the levels.
Completion of the Empowerment level can lead to endorsement as a teaching master with the Helen Belot Sekhem Association. Therefore the focus is imparting all the techniques and skills of teaching, ensuring there is a deep understanding of the underlying philosophy of Sekhem, an honest understanding of yourself (warts and all)  so that your own empowerment, personal mastery and remembering are at a level to serve your students and the experiment on Earth to your best potential.
